1st club song P-Funk Parliament/Funkadelics. Ist song I ever bought was a 45 called Signs by The Five Man Electrical Band in 1973

WOW! I don't remember the fist song I heard in a club, but I certainly remember the first records I bought. It was in 1974, I was 14yrs old and had my first summer job as a youth counselor at a summer program in Harlem. My very first check was like eighty some dollars (back then that was a lot of $) and the first record I ever bought on my own was two 45's, one was "Jungle Boogie", by Kool & The Gang, and the other was "Dancing Machine", by The J-5.
